The clinic provides medical examinations for employment purposes and foster parents, along with driver's and pilot's medical exams.
We practice sports medicine at the clinic. A sports medicine physician will diagnose and manage acute injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and conditions that affect lifestyle. A referral from your primary care provider is needed before you are assessed by sports medicine.
Uninsured services are those services provided to patients that are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). These may include sick notes, chart transfers or summary of your medical records, wart removal, charges for missed appointments, completing forms for insurance, licensing, legal or employment purposes, pre-op medicals, pre-departure travel medicine services for travelling outside of Canada or if you do not have valid Ontario health coverage.

All Services provided by a Licensed Registered Practical Nurse.
$25/$50 depending on the service provided.
